I live in Canton PA, and trying to find a way to buy our first home. I can get the mortgage OK but the closing and out of pocket expenses are a problem since we are on disability income and cant find the help we need. We found a Home for $58000 and need $2000 for out of pocket expenses. If any one can help us out it would be a Godsend to us. May God Bless you, Herbert Lubitz
